For over 20 years I've worked delivering innovative and impact-driven strategy solutions for leading public, private and non-profit organizations in the US and Latin America–including Walmart, Samsung, Hitachi, Nike, UserTesting, Blue Cross Blue Shield Global, Leatherman, Celestial AI, and the Inter American Development Bank (IDB).
My experience is broad and intersectional which enables me to spark insights and innovations across regions and cultures, industry sectors and audiences while leveraging deep expertise in: brand strategy, business innovation, storytelling, corporate marketing and communications, culture design and activation, and customer experience design.
A holistic and human-centered approach to strategy guides my work as I partner with leaders, teams and organizations to drive meaningful and effective transformations. I'm passionate about problem-solving, seeing things through a lens of possibility while understanding reality, and harnessing collaboration to craft breakthrough solutions that lead to sustainable growth.
I have an M.A. and Ph.D. in Communications and Cultural Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I have served as Board member for Casa de la Paz and as fellow of innovation and strategy for Fundacion Chile, both leading organizations in Chile and Latam dedicated to accelerating the region's transition to sustainable development.
When I'm not busy collaborating on a project, I can be found learning new recipes to cook with my wife, enjoying time with my children, practicing yoga, making music on the piano or trekking somewhere in the Bay Area. I’m a dual citizenship of the US and Chile, and fully bilingual and bicultural.
